Peoples Manufactured Home Loans offers some
co-broker/referral agreements for select business partners
who can benefit from our extensive network in the
manufactured housing industry. Our primary focus is to deal
with business partners who are able to submit multiple loans
per month. Our co-broker program’s compensation is primarily
based on volume levels.
In order to submit a file, you must include a copy of their
credit report as well as detailed home information including
year built, manufacturer, model name and size with
dimensions. Also, if home is located in a park/community,
please include park name and lot/space rent.
